Tending to the Land Together

The Mulberry House has held so much for our community—circles of connection, moments of healing, shared laughter, meaningful conversations, and the relationships that continue to grow through Kelsali. This gathering is an opportunity to give a little of that care back.

Join us for Tending to the Land, a community volunteer day dedicated to nurturing the gardens and grounds that have supported so many of our gatherings. Together, we'll spend a few hours weeding, planting, pruning, tidying, and caring for the land alongside the Kelsey, the steward of The Mulberry House.

This is more than a volunteer opportunity. It is a chance to slow down, connect with one another, place our hands in the soil, and participate in the reciprocal relationship between people and place. As we tend the gardens, we also honor the land that has quietly held space for our community to grow.

Whether you have a green thumb or no gardening experience at all, all are welcome. Bring your willingness to help, enjoy time in community, and experience the simple satisfaction of caring for something that has cared for us.

As a small token of gratitude for your time and energy, a light dinner will be provided for all volunteers.

We are deeply thankful for every person who contributes to this shared effort. Together, we can help The Mulberry House continue to be a beautiful, welcoming place for connection, gathering, and community for years to come.
